Istanbul Trip ; 080308-170803
if you ask me, there was nothing much being done there. even though it was spring, the wind was still chilling. it's the same old stuffs there. stayed at the same hotel, free breakfast buffet for the entire stay baybeh! everyday ate the same food. kebab(s). oh, there was no chilly sauce there. no MSG food. so to those who are spicy & MSG food lovers, please do bring your own sambal there (: there was no rice too, exception of glutinous rice which doesn't taste a single bit like the rice here. there was no noodles, thus, that explain why there aren't any cup noodles on the super market shelves.
a few places we went. blue mosque, grand bazaar, spice market. the places not entered as we've been there before & felt it weren't worth our money to enter again: topkapi palace & haigh sophia. the place which we went to the front entrance but didn't enter is dolmabache palace. yea.
a few street names that i remembered. Eminonu, Beyazit (where my hotel was located at), Sultanahmet, Kabatas... i think that's all. OH, we went to the Asia (known as Uskudar) side too. the people of istanbul at the Asia area are just like our size. however, the ones in Europe side were bigger & taller. same country, different continent. strange, but true.
that's about it. nothing much. heyy, i was practically worrying about what was being taught during the holidays while i was away. sorry for that. nyehs. Istanbul is great, however, the plane ride there and back is not.

lot's of homework? i don't know. luckily i manage to catch up. nothing much being taught during holidays i heard. nyehs. finally, i can get started with my artifact. i just to do detailed research on the stand & drum set. must get it done by tomorrow. urghh. please, let's get over & done with D&T O level practical. i want to stop worrying about it. gawddd!
on Thursday, after school went library with nadrah & sean. suppose to do D&t but end up not. ahahks. we ate at the cafe library. sean & nadrah, mine is more worth it. TEEHEE. random pictures taken. nyehs. that's about it for school -.-
Good Friday ; 210308
no school. was bored at home. lucky alyah & shazni saved me. met them at downtown Mac. did our work for awhile after which alyah left earlier. shazni & i then walked around whitesands and headed home soon after. yea. ok nothing much.
Saturday ; 220308
busy day for me. sigh. however, it ended off ok.
7am headed for band. however 45minutes later i had to leave for T.A. reached T.A slightly late. at 9.30am left T.A for the Comprehension Workshop held at Tampines Library. wasn't late. was in scarf but took it out soon after.
the workshop is worth going. $20 on it didn't go to waste. the techniques taught were all understandable. i'm glad i attended it. hees.
after the workshop headed to food culture to eat with sean & nadrah. i bought home-made ban mian noodles (fish). half way through i couldn't finish it. & irfan(4/4) ate the remaining. since he was hungry & i couldn't finish it. cute laa the guys. after that, they left except for haikal & ben tan. we decided to watch movie. wanted to watch semi-pro. however, ben tan & haikal's birthday had not past, so we couldn't or we would have the whole theater to ourselves. ahahks, ended up watching vantage point. not many people. it was an awesome movie, towards the end. eight point of view of the scene. watch it, it's nice (:
after the movie, headed back to whitesand. ben tan & haikal left first, followed by nadrah & sean. i was left alone at Mac as firstly it was raining like pigs & wild boars. secondly, i was waiting for my friend. unlucky for me, i didn't bring my homeworks, stupid. however, i had my mallet scores with me, so i memorized the notes. & did an update to my handbook. hehe. once my friend reached, we left. slack at... i don't know where. tell ghost stories some more. i won't talk to you, teehee. thanks for the pink monkey. will let you take care of it if it scares me. bwekks. reach home at 2030h. according to the curfew we had. yayness!
at 0000h went to airport to fetch my aunt & uncle. syuhrah & family plus haris & hafiz were there. ate Mac. had double chocolate, ahh heaven. nyehs. went home about 0200h coming 0300h. was very tired & was in lala land once i laid my head on the bed.
